Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please reach out to us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. Include the following details in your email:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging showing the problem
Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Lost Packages
If your package shows as delivered, but you haven’t received it, we recommend first contacting your local carrier for assistance. If you’re unable to resolve the issue, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery confirmation, and we’ll do our best to help.

- Incorrect sizing or color choices (please review product details carefully before ordering)
- Buyer’s remorse or accidental orders
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
